I became certified in orthopedic massage, studied yoga therapy, created a web site, created several workshops and retreats, co-created the Herstories project, moved into a better living situation, improved my diet, traveled to Europe and Canada, faced many fears and anxieties, and created a more relaxed lifestyle. I wouldn’t have accomplished so much without coaching.
