When I enlisted Ryan Eliason as a business coach, I knew I needed serious help. Over the previous eleven years, I had created a wonderful enterprise that truly helps many people heal, grow, awaken, and realize dreams both big and small. But I knew I had some major deficiencies in my self-management as an executive and an administrator even of my own office and daily work. I was attracted to Ryan's spirituality, because as a spiritual teacher, author, and healer, I knew I needed a coach who could both appreciate and comprehend what makes me tick. In our first year together, Ryan has made an incalculably positive impact on my business and my life. I did not know how to plan strategically; he taught me a system that not only works--I can't do without it. Ryan worked with me to develop a series of inquiries--I have them posted on my computer stand in front of me as I sit writing this to you--that are now ingrained in every fiber of my being, and that really work to help me continually evaluate my options and choose the optimal course for both my long-term and short-term needs, wants, and goals. What makes these inquiries work is that he helped me pull them out of myself--he didn't impose his own ideas about them, but helped me develop them.

I was clueless about how to create a spreadsheet (embarrassed to say it, but there you have it), and had relied on others to help me with those forms in the past. He developed a basic forecasting spreadsheet for my wife's and my business and, again, helped me into it such that now I can't do without it. In the course of these and many more changes, he has been a confidant and friend, but always respectful of the protocols and boundaries of his professional role, so that through an extremely challenging year of many transitions, he has been "in my corner" tirelessly. Ryan has always been responsive to my present situation and needs; he's frequently amazed and delighted me by coming out with an entirely, to me, innovative way to address my real and in many ways unique situations. Or at least he's addressed them in such a way that even though he may have known they weren't unique, he didn't need to impress me with that knowledge!

Through all this and much more, Ryan Eliason has helped me come to a vibrant readiness to take Linda's and my business to a whole other level of effectiveness, while also keeping my eye on our quality of life and deep serenity.
